Call Analytics - Meeting Report - Status show as Unavailable for some users

Hello Experts,

I am experiencing a weird issue where the Participant name is show Unavailable when trying to check the meeting call quality. It does show the name only when get into Network report.

Can anyone please explain the reason for this behavior?
