Calendar events in Teams vs. Outlook




If you create an event directly in Teams, it will automatically show up in Outlook. However, if you create an event from within Outlook, it doesn’t relay back to Teams for some reason. I am curious if this is by design...

Hello, your test meeting will show in your Calendar under the Teams icon. You're in the Channel calendar view now and you cannot schedule channel meetings from Outlook (not yet at least). The channel calendar is an filtered view of the group mailbox and its associated channel meetings. Hope that answers your question.
