Bucle al iniciar sesion

He realizado una migración de correo hace 2 días, después de realizar dicha migración, varios usuarios no podían acceder a Teams ya que al iniciar sesión y seleccionar la Cuenta Profesional, les salía el nombre de la empresa y al darle a iniciar volvía otra vez a la ventana de seleccionar Empresa. Desde la web les funciona pero desde la aplicación no. He intentado desinstalar Teams, eliminar registros y credenciales, pero no consigo solucionarlo. Podrían ayudarme ?
