For the past few weeks I've had problems loading media in my personal Teams. Other users in our Personal Teams community (of which I am the "owner" user) do not experience it.
The problem strangely happens both on Desktop and on mobile (Android).
This first happened about 1 week ago. At that point, I reached out to MS support who told me that the issue had just been patched on desktop applications and was about to be patched for Android. Moments later, when I checked my Android app, images and video were suddenly loading as expected. I find it strange that this should be related to a "patch" as there were no software update indications visible on any of my devices (Android and Windows). It seems more like a server issue related to my account.
Worse still, the issue has now started occurring again. My family are able to share and view pictures on their devices, but I cannot view them on my laptop or on my Android phone - not even in Teams in my internet browser (Chrome). Please assist.
