Broadcast a message to all running meetings

We need Admins to be able to broadcast text message to all running meetings in a specific time.

That notification can show up only to the meeting organizers.

@Ahmed_Mounir This would be incredibly hard to achieve, Teams API doesn't have a structure to list 'all running meetings', it doesn't really have any relevance in a cloud service. I can't think of any reasonable way to achieve this I'm afraid.

it sounds like a notification, even though I don't need it

kind of enumerate all meetings in calendar in a period, then find organizer, huge calculation
impromptu like call/meetnow will make this even harder
