Bot icon is not visible in the response message in Microsoft Teams

When the bot responds to any bot command it displays a response in reply to that command Bot icon is not visible(below image). 

Here, ideally, it should display bot Icon instead of placeholder.

can anyone help with that?

After doing that, wait for some propagation time, then if it still does not display log out of Teams, close off Teams completely and clear the cache (https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/)
