Ok, here we go.
I would like to create a bot for internal use that is able to pull certain customer requirements from a conversation and then use that to generate a call ticket and a quote for pricing. We are using Zoho desk as our call ticketing system an have a connector for this set up in Teams. Is this easy to create ourselves using the bot services? Going forward I would also like to be able to use this to automate our systems to then spin up a VM for the customer and set up their solution. Bots and Dev work are all new to me ..
