Booking physical meeting rooms

Good Day

When I book a meeting in Teams, my physical meeting room list from exchange is not appearing in teams. How to I get these room to appear?

@Mohamed355 I guess you have created a room list in Exchange already?

Check out this thread and powershell cmds in that, test to create a new room list just for a test.

Let's put it that way - the current scheduling experience in Teams leaves a lot to be desired. Use Outlook instead. The good news is that Microsoft is already working on improvements and should release them soon(ish).

@Vasil Michev, is there any roadmap item or uservoice page? I got the same question from one of the users today, need to reply something more or less certain ;)

@Vasil Michev It has been a few years and I am not seeing any changes to this. Even after covid it does not seem to be easy to book room inside of Teams. Any updates?
