Hi,
When our reception does a blind/unannounced transfer of external inbound call. The recipient of the transferred call is shown that reception is calling them. Instead of the external inbound caller ID.
Any suggestions as to why?
Technically reception is not calling them, if the call has been blind/unannounced transferred.

I reproduced your scenario. I made a call from a mobile phone (external pstn phone), to user A and directly transferred it to user B, blind. User B in my case sees the number from the my mobile phone. No auto attendant/call queue used in this case.

What's your basic configuration? Are you using Calling Plans or Direct Routing?
