I am a middle school student using teams for my schoolwork. I have noticed that often when I try to join a teams meeting, it displays a black screen on the meeting window. The meeting does not start. It is a come and go issue, but it happens pretty frequently. Does anybody know what the problem is?
I am using windows 10.

SolutionHi @HaveProblemsEveryday Is this happening when you're in the desktop app? What happens if you go to teams.microsoft.com and use the web version? Have you tried to clear the cache? https://www.onmsft.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-microsoft-teams-cache-on-windows-10#:~:text=Quit%20M...

@ThereseSolimeno Thank you I will try that.

@ThereseSolimeno This happens daily for me. The Teams is left open and after relogged in the teams is "Black". Only way what I have found to sort this out is kill the teams from the task manager.
Time to time this happens also during the work day but mostly it happens when the computer is locked over the night. The black Teams screen at mornings is the rule and normal behavior is the exception.
