best way to deploy meeting rooms

Hi,

I know "Teams Rooms" can only be run with certified kit, but if this is not an option what is the best way to get an easy to use and workable solution with Teams.  We have 3 Viewsonic interactive panels in meeting rooms with soundbar/camera/mic running a customised android OS with Zoom, but no Teams. All the panels have a slot in Win 10 PC module which I have been asked to use to set up the meeting rooms in Teams. We have 3 meeting room licences and spare O365 licences so my question is bearing in mind I have to use the Win 10 PC modules, what is the best way to set up the meeting rooms? 

To pre-empt some replies, telling them to buy the certified kit (which I have) is not going to happen.
