I have Chromebook and trying to upload a background to my teams account. But can't seem to do any helpful tips.

Hello @cassiedonald I don't believe this feature is yet available for Chromebook but you can vote for it here: Please enable blurred backgrounds or customized backgrounds on chromebook. – Welcome to UserVoice!
