Azure pipeline app for Teams

Hello!

I'm preparing AZ400 certification and I have to configure Azure pipeline app for Teams but I cannot find the App icon in the left bar of Teams.

I have a Microsoft 365 Personal license. Is this the problem that cannot allow to handle Teams apps?
