Automatic information about exceeding the set age of the Teams group

Due to our retention policy, after 3 years we start to delete messages, files and other resources. We would like to inform Teams group owners and administrators a few days before exceeding the age of 3 about starting automatic deletion.

With retention policies, there is currently no way to notify when the policy is about to kick in. The policy will merely carry out the action set on the policy which is either do nothing or delete the content.

With retention labels at the item level you may set disposition reviews when the content reaches the end of the retention period. No such option in retention policies though.
