Automated MS Teams invite using Excel file

Copper Contributor

Hello All!!

This is my first post as I just joined the group.

Is it possible to send meeting invite automatically from MS Teams to intended users (within same organisation) if I have user's name, date (for which meeting invite to be sent) and time in an excel file? I have a large amount of multiple meeting invites to send so some automation would be incredibly helpful.

Thanks in advance for your help,

PrSri

@PrSri Hi (and welcome). You can simply open Outlook Calendar, go to "New Teams Meeting" button, then copy-and-paste your Excel list with the email accounts.

I see that you generally have more than one meeting so that you want to automate the process. I have the same issue. Did you find a more practical way?

@mustafayucel : This is my first response on this community. Made this using some patches of code which I scraped from different sites, added a few sendkeys to convert the calendar invite to a teams one :) hope this helps!!
