The auto attendant has a default no input attempt value of 3. Is there a way to increase or decrease the number of attempts before the call is disconnected or routed to the operator?
We have an AA with voice recognition and dial by extension enabled, no other menu options. We want the caller to speak the extension or wait to be transferred to the operator. However, the greeting plays 3 times before it says, "let me transfer you to the operator." We need to change this so the greeting plays only once. Please advise.
