Audio Problem

Hello,
We have a problem with voice messages in Microsoft Teams.
For some, the Audio-Quality is very poor.
In this case apple user.
The voice Message sounds very dull.

For android users, the language quality is very clear.
This has nothing to do with internet speed, as some claim.
This has been tested under various conditions.

Can anyone say what the audio quality is related to?

As @Daniel1650 states, the problem is with voice messages, not voice calls.

The the difference in the audio quality between iPhone and android phones is drastic. 
Has someone found something regarding this?
