Audio Licence and Communication Credits

Hi all,

We have the standard Teams licence with an E3 Campus agreement. I believe we can add some Teams Audio licences and assign them to users so they can use the dial in features.

However for toll free dialling, how is this charged? I don't want someone to have to use a credit card to top up this account. Can it be charged to us monthly via our licencing partner, the same way we pay for the licences?

I think that communication credits is only available via credit card payment.

There are a couple of uservoice requests asking for other payment options and the option for providers to sell these.

Another option if you have a partner that you work with for Office 365 is to have them add their credit card and then send the invoice to you.
