Audio does not work in Teams

One of the user reported that Audio is not working in Teams. Updated all the drivers in the user device. Still it does not work. 


Other users logged to the same user device and Audio in teams works. 


Problematic user login to different windows device and same problem continues. 


Is there any specific setting in Teams causing the issue or problem with user profile. Kindly help.

@ErodeBoopathi - Well what happens if you make a test calls from Teams settings --> Devices --> Make a test call. Does that work. Also does affected user is able to make & recieve calls from Teams web. Check if the devices or headphone is getting detected in Teams settings devices.
