I just hosted several global meetings and didn't get any participant from Germany or France. Does anyone know if the attendees reports in Teams exclude participants from those countries?
No, there's no such exclusion in Teams attendance report. I have no idea why you've experienced this behavior if you're certain you had people joining from those countries, could be that they were view-only participants or joined as anonymous.
