I am attracted by the Approvals app. However, through testing I found 2 issues:
1. the attached file gone through the Approvals app can be changed or deleted. Furthermore, even the attached file changed/deleted, the "approved" indicator is still there! This is unacceptable for an approval flow. Wonder how did you configure to get rid of this issue?
2. How do the Administrator consolidate all approvals to a repository for reference after that, and for audit purpose? particularly when the requestor and approver resigned from the organization (user were deleted)?
