Assignment Teams Error

I am a Teacher from INDIA, Creating an assignment is easy but for few teams unable to assign or save as Add Resource is not able to upload. Kindly, let me know is it a bug or any other issue. I used all the browser, changed the teams name also singned in thru browser and App also. But the issue is not resolved.
