Hello, Teams community,
Please i need your help on this.
It started Friday last week, but this is the first time we have ever created a call group within team.
I have been trying to assign multiple users to a call queue on Microsoft teams but i got the attached error.
I have managed to get it to work by assigning a domestic calling plan license and assigning a user with there own DDI. however i ideally don't want to buy another 34 domestic calling plan licenses and ddi's.
should this work or is there something i'm missing? from what i understand on mutiple forums you just need the phone system license https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/microsoft-teams-voice-licencing-question/m-p/...
I have just tried it with the domestic call plan on one user, there is only one license spare so didn’t want to have to do it another 34 times to test. But the user I did try it on after I assigned it and assigned a spare ddi on active number I could then add them to the call group.
Here is the error
