Apps / Applications for Team Objectives Management

Hi, I'm looking for an app that I can use to support the management and visibility of team member objectives. I'm using planner at the moment but finding a few restrictions, For example the export function exports the checklist out of order in the extract, the labells are restricted . Any suggestions or examples gratefully received

@adam deltinger  Not as yet but I undersatnd that to be a project managment tool as opposed to team member objective planning but  will do some research thanks
