Apple Watch Notifications

Whenever i receive a Teams call, my watch will visibly alert me but it will not vibrate. However, when i receive a Teams message my watch will vibrate. I keep my iPhone and watch on silent and just rely on the watch vibrations for all my alerts and it would be nice if the watch would vibrate when a Teams call comes in. Just wondering if anybody had this issue or this is just how the watch works with a Teams call?
