I am using a ITSM tool to perform major incident management that currently allows me to perform bi-directional chat between the tool and Cisco WebEx. Unfortunately, I have been informed and been unable to locate current API's that allow to perform the same on MS-Teams. I would also like to be able to have bi-directional capabilities when an attachment are added into MS-Teams or the ITSM Tool that it is transferred to the other chats system which Slack currently supports. Please advise.
