Anyone know why recordings from teams will no longer be uploaded automatically to stream??

Uploading direct to stream seems be getting turned off on A1 licences.. This seems a bit mad, and makes a good workflow worse... It also allows any of the users at the meeting to download the recording, instead of the recording initiator controlling access. 
Anyone know why MS have done this?

Hi! Microsoft does changes to licensing now and then. Good and bad :)
