Annoying dial tone in per 10seconds when im in teams meeting

When I am in a meeting or at a call, there is a dial tone i have in per10 seconds.

I'm using my Sennheisser 458BT 

How can i get rid of this noise please help me i cant focus in meetings 

its so annoying

Does it occur in a meeting without the Sennheisser, or just with the device?

Would contact Sennheiser support to see if they have had similar reports regarding the 458BT
