Hallo,

ich werde beim Anmelden an MS Teams ständig zwischen zwei Organisationen hin und her verwiesen. Jedoch keine Anmeldung klappt.

Meldung1: Sie haben keinen Zugriff auf die Organisation AAA in Teams. Wählen Sie eine andere Organisation oder wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator, um weitere Einzelheiten zu erfahren.

Meldung2: Sie haben keinen Zugriff auf die Organisation BBB in Teams. Wählen Sie eine andere Organisation oder wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator, um weitere Einzelheiten zu erfahren.

Das PW habe ich schon zurückgesetzt und mit dem Konto selbst scheint kein Problem vorzuliegen.

@svensonic Do you have an account in AAA organisation or BBB organisation? Do you know if you have a license assigned in any of these organisations or is it Teams free organisations?

 

If you are using Teams desktop client, try with the web client https://teams.microsoft.com

And if you were using the web client try in another browser or incognito mode in the browser. You can download the Teams client at https://teams.microsoft.com/download
