Starting to roll out MS 365 to a small NGO that rely heavily on chat communications including frequent audio messages. Mostly we have used Telegram in the past which has lots of flexibility with audio playback/sending, etc. Have started to test with Teams but discovering that it’s a bit cumbersome and this error shows the first time you attempt to playback an audio message. The second time, it plays fine. This occurs on iOS and Android devices. Anyone else experiencing this?
Also, messages are disrupted when a notification comes in or when you navigate away from the app. Telegram handles this beautifully. Anyone know if this is a bug or just lack of functionality currently? Thanks.
