I have a presentation next week and want to invite additional people to my supervisors. When trying to find the maximum of participants, I see mixed 20 and 250. I am unsure how many people I can invite. The video call with the people will start from a meeting in the calendar, which people can then join. So the video is not started from a chat, which I saw the limit 20 for, but from a meeting, which I saw the limit 250 for.
I hope someone knows how I can make sure about 30 people can join my presentation. And is it possible to invite more when the guests don't use their video?
