allow immediate confirmation of uploads

i dont get why i have to wait until my file has uploaded before i can confirm it and share it in the chat

Hi @pwn87  I'm not sure I understand your comment.  The file needs to complete the upload process before it can be available.

literally every other chat client allows you to press enter before the upload is finished, even skype.
obviously the message would appear to others only after the upload is finished
