Allow chat in meeting (in-meeting only option)

Is it possible to set the standard for meeting chats to "In-meeting only"? I can find this option within the meeting options for a particular meeting but not within the Teams Admin Center.

Yeah! There’s no way of doing this today except manually on every meeting! Hopefully that will be an option soon!
