This is currently raised as a Teams Uservoice request from April which you can view here: https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/forums/555103-public/suggestions/33989875-view-or-export-a-list.... Microsoft have not responded - and it may be some time before they pick up. However, I think it's a great idea to have a list/report of attendees emailed to the organiser or against the meeting booking in the Teams App after the meeting or live broadcast has ended. I have added my name to the list!

Screen shots or video attendees Currently in Meeting. During the meeting (usually 10 min [or whatever you prefer] after meeting start), click on the Participants, do a screen shot / video capture who is Currently in the meeting. Scroll down to make sure to capture all attendee's names who are currently in the meeting are listed. I move the attendees over to a list later.
If the people didn't attend until later, they will not be captured, and it is their responsibility to say that they have attended.

Admins can access "Conference" data/participants from the Teams Admin Center — select Users, under the Display Name column click on a user name, towards the bottom select the Call History tab, in the list view look for Activity type labeled as Conference then select one of the Start times to see details of that meeting including Participants. I don't see a way to export the data, so you'd have to copy manually and unfortunately you'd have to be an Admin...I wish this data were available in the Teams app for all users, at least their own personal data. I also checked the MyAnalytics app, couldn't find anything useful...it figures. @James Patton

Here is a solution that uses Microsoft Forms to capture user information prior to joining a Teams meeting. You can customize the form to ask for any information, and you will get an Excel spreadsheet with each attendee's information. This workaround can help to track meeting attendance until the product has this built-in. Take a look at this video on how to setup this registration form: Microsoft Teams Meeting Registration using Microsoft Forms

Coming shortly. Should be in the next few weeks as it's hit the message centre. Note per the message centre notification its off by default and you have to turn it on with Powershell
Hope that answers your question

It is very much surprising that Microsoft guidance is not available.
We are left to live with the issue of not able to collect Attendance of the Participants who attend Microsoft team Meeting with entry and exit time.

@Suresh_R_K This is a new feature that's coming. The "AllowEngagementReport" needs to be enabled in the 'CsTeamsMeetingPolicy'. For information it's already enabled for us but we still cannot use the feature as hasn't been fully released yet.

I was able to find the following guidance on this issue:
: Only the meeting organizer has the ability to obtain the attendance report
: The attendance report must be obtained after everyone has left the meeting and the organizer is the last person active on the call. If you close the meeting, the record disappears
Simply click on the Show Participants button (in the pop-up banner located on the main screen during the meeting), then click on the download attendance report button (see link below for image).
The file will be downloaded to you as a CSV file (see attached) that will open in Excel. The file will be located in your Downloads Folder.
Details of the process:
Hope this will help.
