I'm in the process of integrating my existing VOIP service into Teams.
I've got it mostly working - inbound calling is fine.
When I try to dial out, though, I get an error that says "Error e911A A valid 911 Address has not been entered for this phone..."
In my phone system, a location IS assigned the extension that rings in Teams.
In the Teams admin section I have the Emergency Addresses entered because I'm not sure which system is causing the call to fail.
However, in the Teams admin for Emergency Addresses, next to each person, there is a 0 in the "phone number" column which I think is telling me I'm missing a step. I just can't figure out how to add a phone number to a location, and my searches for how to do that are coming up empty.

Hi @woneal
I do not have a clarity on how the configuration is done between the Two Platform. But I am sure that you are using the Microsoft Teams Certified SBC as an interop between the Two Platform. Additionally I wanted to check in case have you assigned with the Teams Direct Routing Phone Number to the individual users?
Here are the Article which should help you in the Configuration
