Is it possbile to create day off entry to Team Shifts by sending email?
The reason for this excercise is that I need to combine holiday plans for my 2 teams to get joint view.
One team uses Teams Shifts but secound team uses project dedicated "TOOL" - and this needs to stay like this.
The TOOL is automaticaly sending email after each request is submited and secound email when it is accepted or rejected.
To avoid situation when team member needs to request do the same day off in two places I would like to use emails from the TOOL to automaticaly create enrty in the TEAMS SHIFTS module.
How this can be done?
