Does anyone know if it is possible to add members in bulk to the groups within Microsoft Shifts (the schedule) - it's a painful process adding 5 people let alone the hundreds we'd need to be able to add.
Hi Juan, I think once the API is available it will be possible, at least from what I've read. At the moment it's not though. It would also be good to have the ability to add O365 Groups as well as individuals from the app though.
@Matt_Taylor This may not be of any use to you and you may be aware of it, but unlike StaffHub, in Shifts Groups are an optional feature and you can create a schedule without having to create groups. Just toggle Groups off under 'View Options' and all team members are displayed in the schedule. Since this is different from StaffHub and it wasn't obvious to us when we switched from StaffHub to Shifts, I figure it's worth mentioning it.
