We have a teams channel for our customers to communicate with them and allows them a place to ask questions and converse with each other. We have about 300 members in the channel already, however I just added another customer whos company is a Microsoft teams user and they are not seeing the team on their end after I have added them. They are asking for help on how to see the team, is there any advice on how to fix this issue?
