Trying to simplify things for my small organization...
In a Teams channel > Files > FILENAME ellipsis, you can select Copy link. And, in fact, my org does this all the time.
But when they want to send the link to a client, they need to click some options so the client first get a 2FA notification. I'm not confident that all members will do this correctly each time.
Is there a straightforward way to add something like Copy link for clients to the file ellipsis using Power Automate with the proper options already selected?
