Add a new Tab to the General Channel of all existing Teams on my Tenancy

Good morning all

We have developed a Teams App that is available to all Teams Members in all Teams on our Tenancy to add as a Tab in any Channel in any Team that they are a member of.

Is it possible to automatically; at an administrative level; add this App to the General tab of all existing Teams so that it is visible to all Teams Members in all Teams?

It's possible via the API. What you can do as an admin is to "pin" the app via app setup policy: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-app-setup-policies

But those might not work for a "tab" app.
