I have some users GAL hidden members that I would like to add as a Teams members.
In Outlook, even if a user is hidden, you can send him a mail if you write the correct address, this appears not to be the same trying to get a hidden member to Teams, even if you write the full address it is impossible to add him to a Teams.
Does anyone know a workaround or a way to do it?

You can add him via the admin center/PowerShell. Not as an end-user via the client though, that's kind of the point of "hiding" users.

@Vasil Michev You can send them a mail or add them to a Teams as an external user if their license isnt activated tho.
Thanks for the reply!
