Regarding Activity notifications...
Question 1
I am following all channels in my Team
I have notifications set to Banner and Email for all items (mentions, messages)
Question 2
I have my status set to Do Not Disturb and am not getting ANY notifications, although I want to be notified when my team (employees) request my assistance.

Here are more details:
We are a GCC client. We do not have notification options on a channel. The only options on the channel are:
Q1. This has nothing to do with DND. Users have their notification set to Banner or Banner/Email for all notification options from settings. They do not get an alert feed, they did not get a banner/email. They only know that something happened because the channel is highlighted in black.
Q2. The user had DND turned on and had all of their leadership team entered in priority. They did not get an alert feed, they did not get a banner/email notification.
