Activating NDI in Teams not working

Hi, we just turned on NDI for our organization, and I see it in my Settings>Permissions panel. 

 

When I try to activate it i get the message saying "There was a problem downloading the file

Try turning NDI on again"
 
I have tried activating it both on my laptop and my desktop computer with the same error.
I've also tested on several of my colleagues computers and it activates and downloads the files for them.
 
I've added a screenshot of the message I see.
 
Does anyone know what the issue is and how I can fix it?Capture.JPG

I have the same issue, Ndi worked on mac and did not worked on any of my PC's. It doesn't let me tick the box and download the libraries.

@markspolakovs Hi Mark, I worked on the basis of your work, so first thanks for leading me in the right direction. I saw the problem in Teams on Win11 and I had another computer with Win10 that I could get to work. So I copied the files you mentioned from the Win10 computer to the Win11 computer and it worked out fine. Now I can activate the Production Capabilities.  I hope it can help more people
