Hi,
Is it best to create a user account, shared mailbox or resource mailbox used for a Microsoft Teams Rooms console?
We have on-premise AD, AAD and Exchange Online. All shared mailbox accounts and resource accounts when created get disabled.

It is best to set up a device account. Here is the guidance provided by Microsoft: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/rooms/rooms-configure-accounts
