Accessing Teams on a Mac desktop

Hi, hoping for some support/guidance regarding accessing Teams on my Mac desktop. 

 

Every time I attempt to log-in a message appears saying 'Someone has already set up Teams for your organisation Ask your admin to get you started with Teams, or set up another org in Teams using a different email address.'

 

My Microsoft subscription has been set up as a personal account and not corporate, thus I have no idea what is required in order to enable (assuming I can?).

 

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
