Accessing MS teams/Outlook on personal device

Hello,

I will be out of the US for a few weeks and I need to access MS team/Outlook already setup on my personal MacBook. Can my employer track my location? for example: I logged in to MS teams or outlook from a different country even on a personal device such as my MacBoo?

Yes it is possible.
Yes they can even block your personal device from joining.
You need to also validate that whatever connection that you use has enough bandwidth and if cellular, that you are not downspeeded and limited to a certain amount of data. Otherwise it could become a $1000 call.
