Access to Teams Recordings for Quality Monitoring

Copper Contributor

In anticipation of the change from Steam to OneDrive for meeting recordings, I'm doing some tests and running into an issue.

We have a QA team.  This is a small number of trusted individuals who currently have admin access to the Stream portal.  This allows them to complete quality monitoring for any and all client meetings as and when required.

The nearest solution I've found under OneDrive is to give these individuals delegate access to everyone's OneDrive account.  Not ideal, for a whole host of reasons.

Ideally these people would only have access to the Recordings folder in each OneDrive account.  Can this be done centrally, from an admin perspective, or would every member of staff have to manually share that folder with these few individuals.

QA has always been so easy on Stream, but this change could be a real pain.

Thanks.

Shaun.

Hi, why don’t you use channel meeting recordings instead so they are saved to SharePoint (If applicable). When using non-channel meetings they end up in OneDrive.
