Hi there,
One of my colleagues recently organised a meeting for another staff member. He took the meeting and recorded it and the original organiser didn't attend. The organiser now wants to download the meeting recording but is getting an 'Access Denied: does not have permissions to access this resource' message.
Is there any way for the organiser to download the recording, even though she didn't attend? I thought because it was her meeting that attendance wouldn't matter but perhaps it does.
I have attached the options she has.
Many thanks for any suggestions.

SolutionHello, see the table for permissions depending on scenario.

Thank you @ChristianBergstrom - that answers my question. Also good to know that even if someone is the organiser they won't be able to view a recording if they didn't attend.

@CBaxter300 Hi! Have to ask if the question was about "download" or "view"? In your first post you said download but the one above view?

@ChristianBergstrom Apologies! Actually, it was both!

@CBaxter300 No worries! Just good to know the exact details. View or "read" as the docs says is pretty much the default for many meeting types so got curious.
