Access denied - Microsoft Teams

Hi, 

 

My company have decided to move away from Slack and onto Microsoft Teams, I have tried to sign in however am receiving the below error. There's a couple of people in the team who are receiving the same error, however the majority of have been granted access. 

 

Can you help please?

What happens if you try to access teams through https://teams.microsoft.com

It may be worth checking that the users that cannot logon have teams licences assigned to them ,  "Office 365 admin center on the Users > Active Users page, assign or remove the Microsoft Teams license"

 

Is there a a userlicencenotpresent in the URL when you recieve the missing out page ?

To me that seems to point to you not having an assigned licence

@Rosie Pring Point your IT Admin to this page, especially the "Microsoft Teams administration" section. Should have everything they need to answer most of their questions if they for some reason were not aware of Teams or how it works yet:
