A user is unable to access a team, even though a member/owner

Hi, 

I have tried removing the user , and readding from azure admin , office 365 admin and teams admin.

I removed the user , waited for 1 day and re added them again. 

the user can access new teams, but cant access one particular team.

All other teams are visible

Access or see? What happens? Any message given? What happens when the user is added to the team from within the team?
